The cold read must include UNWRAP. UNWRAP (Underline the title, Number the paragraphs, walk through the questions, read the story, answer the questions, and prove your answers). Cold reads will not be graded if this strategy isn't done. I encourage parents to help their child if it's needed. These practice cold reads are being sent home to strengthen their comprehension skills in order to do their best on cold read tests as well as FSA. If you have any questions, please let me know.
