This week’s focus:

 

Reading:
Genre: Biography

Comprehension Strategy: Ask and answer questions 

Comprehension Skill: Sequence

Grammar: Subjects 

Phonics- final E 

Math: We are beginning chapter 2 in our math book which covers addition up to thousands. 

 

Science: Plants and their functions 

Social Studies: Map Skills, Compass Rose, Using a Key and Legend

Homework will include Review Spelling, vocabulary, and 3 AR points

By the end of the week, students should have 9 total points. They must also have an 85% average or higher.

Test this week:
Thursday: Vocabulary/Comprehension

Friday: Grammar, Spelling, & cold read.
