Career Highlights

Education has been a lifelong process for Apryll. She has always enjoyed working with children and made the choice to make teaching her passion at the young age of 16. She has worked with students ranging from 1st grade to college level. Mrs. Tillotson has also worked at Florida Gateway College as a college instructor. She has learned that no matter what age the student, she simply loves connecting with students! The highlight of her career is knowing that daily she has the opportunity to make an impact on the world in a positive way by helping children grow both academically and socially. Her life motto is "Be the change you wish to see in the world."

Personal Profile

Mrs. Tillotson is beginning her 9th year at Belmont. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has three boys who keep her extremely busy! She enjoys the simple things in life by spending time with her family and friends. You can usually find Mrs. Tillotson at a ballpark! Whether it is a basketball court or a 50 yard line, she enjoys sports and spending time with her boys. Although, she is a “Georgia girl”, she has lived in Lake City for nearly 40 years and loves the experience of smalltown life it offers her family.
