Aftercare & VPK Wrap Program Information - Read before registering
VERY IMPORTANT AFTER SCHOOL PICK-UP NOTICE:
Please be on time to pick up your students from school. The elementary dismissal bell rings at 2:45 p.m.. We do an "All Call" at 3:15 p.m. for all remaining students to come to the front foyer to wait for their ride to pick them up. If you student is not picked up by 3:30 p.m. they will immediately be sent to our After School Program and you will be charged the $20 registration fee and then the daily fee ($13 per day). There are no exceptions to this.
Due to the limited staff on campus after 3:30p.m. we cannot allow students to "hang out" after that time unless they are a part of the after school program or participating in an after school club or sport/team. If your student is participating in an after school sports/club (i.e. cross country, archery, etc.), you must pick them up on time at the designated time given to you by their club leader. Again, your will be charged the After School Program fee if they are left past that time.
