Dual Enrollment
DUAL ENROLLMENT PROCESS
STEP 1: Student must have High School GPA of 3.0 or Higher
STEP 2: Take the PERT (Postsecondary Education Readiness Test) in Building 17 at Florida Gateway College (FGC) - (Map provided: see "files" below) –
You must Schedule the PERT, this MUST be done with Mrs. Munden. Students must check in with the Dual Enrollment department prior to going and taking the PERT.

Passing Scores: Reading – 106+
Writing – 103+
Math - 123+ for College Algebra;
114+ for Intermediate Algebra
(Math PERT is required, if you are taking a Dual Enrollment Math or Science Course, or you have earned 12 college credits)
Other "College Ready" Test Scores that qualify a student for dual enrollment:
ACT
English - 17+ (19+ for U of F)
Reading - 19+
Math - 19+
SAT
Verbal - 440+ (460+ for U of F)
Math - 440+ (460+ for U of F)
STEP 3: Bring PERT score envelope (provided by FGC Test Center) and COMPLETED Application to Mrs. Munden for advising appointment.
