Week of 10/8 to 10/12/18
Belmont Academy students celebrated Spirit Week by wearing clothing ensembles ranging from emoji shirts to jerseys of their favorite sports teams.
During Spirit Week, each day had a different theme. Monday was memorable with Emoji and Meme day. Smiley faces could be seen all over campus. Every student was a winner on Tuesday, which was team day. Students adorned themselves with their favorite jerseys and logos of their favorite sports teams. Wednesday was going to be wear pink day, but school was cancelled due to hurricane Michael. Hurricane Michael pushed back throwback Thursday due to another weather related school cancellation. Many students saved their vintage wardrobes and pink attire until school resumed on Friday. Friday was officially character day and students dressed as their favorite fictional characters.
Students, faculty and staff will be recognizing fall break between October 15th to 19th. School will resume October 22, 2018.
