6th Grade English Language Arts

 My name is Jeanenne Adams and I am certified in ELA grades 5-9. This is my second year teaching 6th grade at Belmont Academy. I have a Bachelors Degree from Saint Leo University. Prior to joining Belmont, I was employed with Columbia County School systems, for four years, as a Contract PTA and had also taught at Florida Gateway College for 3 1/2 years. 

My goal is to help your child further develop and expand their ability to comprehend and analyze grade level texts and various genres through skills taught during the course of the year. Your child will learn how to employ effective written, grammatical, and expressive language techniques in order to become skilled readers and writers. I look forward to meeting you all!
