Mr. Whitehead is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Educational Leadership at Aspen University. He enjoys learning and truly likes to be challenged to learn new things (especially related to Innovative Technology). He has attended courses at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville Campus), Florida State University, Central Florida and spent several semesters at Jacksonville University working on a Masters of Art in Teaching with Specialization in Technology Integration. Mr. Whitehead's goal is to achieve a doctorate but states he will never stop pursuing more education!

In high school he was a member and officer of the "Future Teachers of America Club! He knew he would be a teacher but explored other careers too. "Most of my life I have been a Teacher and Optician but I've tried everything from Acting to being an Indoor Skydiving Instructor...teaching is definitely my favorite!"

My 2nd oldest lives in AR and my youngest son is a student at Belmont (4th grade) - I've always wanted to teach where my kid goes to school! My daughter (would be 5) lives in Heaven!"
