Biography

I was born and raised in a small town in southern Utah. After High School, I served an LDS mission in Germany for 18 months where I mastered the language and experienced the rich German culture. I moved to Lake City in 2005 so my husband could attend UF. I've since finished my undergraduate education and completed courses to get my teaching certificate. I enjoy history, aviation and space exploration, hiking, trying new things, travel, woodworking, and being with family including my husband of 20 years and four children. I have a passion for inspiring learning, not just in the classroom, but everywhere.
